Online Posture Correction

Virtual posture analysis and a personalized correction plan, wherever you are. Same clinical eye that's worked with professional athletes, delivered over video

Can't Make It to the Studio? No Problem.

Not everyone can get to Nashville. Traveling athletes, clients in other cities, people with packed schedules, and anyone rehabbing from an injury that makes regular visits tough: all still need their posture and movement evaluated by someone who knows what to look for. That's what online posture correction is built for.

The session runs over a secure video call. You'll move through a guided set of postures, stances, and simple movement patterns while we observe, looking at alignment from multiple angles, watching for compensations, and identifying the specific imbalances driving your pain or limiting your performance. It's the same clinical eye that's evaluated Olympic athletes in person, just delivered through your camera.

Once the assessment is complete, you leave with a personalized corrective plan: specific exercises, cues, and self-care work you can do on your own, along with guidance on what to watch for as things start to change. Follow-ups keep the plan evolving as your body responds.

You receive a personalized plan: targeted exercises, postural cues, and self-care work to correct your specific imbalances. We'll follow up to refine it as your body adapts.

Who Online Posture Correction Is For

This service is built for people who need expert eyes on their movement but can't get to the Nashville studio. That includes traveling athletes during a competitive season, clients who've moved out of the area but still want Michael's input, people in chronic pain who want a clear diagnosis of what's driving it before committing to in-person care, and anyone who simply prefers the convenience of virtual sessions.

If you're local to Middle Tennessee and can come in, in-person posture correction combined with hands-on percussive and deep tissue work will almost always get you better results faster. But if coming in isn't an option, online posture correction is a genuinely effective path, not a watered-down version.

Root Patterns

Many individual postural issues are actually part of a larger pattern. Here are some of the most common ones we see in our clinic. Recognizing the pattern is the first step toward a lasting fix

Upper Crossed Syndrome

Forward head posture, rounded shoulders, and kyphosis working together as a chain reaction from the mid-back up.

Forward Head Posture Scapular Protraction Kyphosis

Lower Crossed Syndrome

Anterior pelvic tilt, lordosis, and tight hip flexors. The pelvis tilts, and everything above and below compensates.

Anterior Pelvic Tilt Lordosis

Layer Syndrome

A deeper pattern of chronic postural dysfunction where tight and weak muscles alternate in layers up the posterior chain: tight upper traps, weak mid-back, tight lower back, weak glutes, tight hamstrings.

Kyphosis Anterior Pelvic Tilt Forward Head Posture

Pronation Distortion Syndrome

Flat feet, knock knees, and internal hip rotation. The arches collapse, and the chain reaction travels upward through the knees and hips.

Overpronation Knee Valgus
